The Ojas ecosystem
Growth for a product business happens in front of the right buyers. Run trade shows, buyer-seller meets and launches — or exhibit at them — sell through one basket, and turn every floor enquiry into a follow-up that closes, so a busy stall becomes a quarter of pipeline.
Concrete outcomes, each on a capability that is built and openable today — not a roadmap item.
Every badge scan, registration and stall enquiry becomes a CRM lead with an owner and a follow-up — no warm buyer left to go cold in a stack of cards.
Passes, products, samples and add-ons check out together through one India-first order — UPI, cards and netbanking — with stock that never oversells.
Move each buyer, distributor or channel partner through a deal pipeline, so a meet-the-buyers day becomes a forecast, not a folder of maybes.
Orders, customers, vouchers and abandoned baskets read on screen and download as CSV, and any governed metric you chart on a dashboard exports as XLSX or PDF — the evidence a distributor or an investor asks for, without a spreadsheet marathon.
Start with the formats that move your goals fastest — each links to how it's run, step by step.

The drag
LiveHundreds of enquiries at an expo, and by the time anyone follows up the warm buyers have gone cold.
Ojas does this
Every registration and enquiry files into the CRM with an owner and a follow-up; ad and web leads attach their own source.
You gain
No paid-for lead dropped — the floor becomes a pipeline you can actually work.
Honest scope — Ojas runs registration, ticketing, commerce and the CRM on its general rails, and does hold the exhibitor floor: booths by number and size, who has reserved or confirmed each one, and exhibitor profiles against them. What it does not do is draw the map — the plan geometry is stored but nothing renders it, so the visual floor plan is still made outside Ojas, as are printed badges.
The products you validate at events can grow into a bankable brand — the Ojas ecosystem is where a D2C line finds contract manufacturing and export doors as it scales.
