Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The free tier gets your first event and storefront live on the same rails we run — free RSVP events carry no ticket fee at all. You grow into paid tiers as you need commerce, CRM depth and higher limits.
How do ticket fees work?
On paid events, a small per-ticket platform fee applies; free events carry none. Every fee and tax is itemised on the order, so there are no surprises — what a buyer pays and what you receive are both shown line by line.
How do payments work?
Checkout is India-first — UPI, cards and netbanking through Razorpay and Cashfree, with Stripe for buyers abroad. Every order is confirmed only after a signature-verified webhook, and you can refund in full or part straight from the order.
What can I actually sell?
Event tickets, physical products, eco-kits, DIY kits with tutorials, workshop and experience bookings, and memberships — all through one catalogue, one basket and one checkout, with stock that never oversells. A single order can mix a ticket, an add-on and a product.
