The operating system for India’s festivals
Committees, associations, societies and families run their festivals on WhatsApp groups, Excel sheets and cash. Ojas Events replaces all of it — curate an eco-kit, create from a template, collect donations transparently, invite and RSVP, run the day with QR check-in, and reorder next year.

Built for the people who run India's celebrations
We start where the coordination is hardest and the money is real — the committee and community festival — and grow with you from there.
Ganesh & Durga Puja committees
Idol to immersion, marquee to procurement — coordinate the whole committee in one workspace.
RWAs & housing societies
Cultural secretaries and treasurers run society festivals with per-flat donations and clean books.
Cultural & regional associations
Bengali, Tamil and Malayalee cultural associations — annual programmes, members and funds.
Professional event planners
Run every client festival on one branded SaaS, with per-event roles when you co-manage a committee.
Celebration-hosting families
A home Diwali, a housewarming, a milestone — curate an eco-kit, invite, and host without the spreadsheets.
Verified eco makers
Ojas-Verified makers reach festival buyers the moment a committee shops a default-green kit.
From WhatsApp chaos to one system of record
India's festivals move real money — committee budgets from ₹1,00,000 to ₹70,00,000 — with no place to keep it all. Ojas Events is that place.
- Plans scattered across WhatsApp groups and DMs
- Budgets and contributions tracked in Excel and paper registers
- Cash donations with no receipts — and audit arguments later
- Everything forgotten when the volunteers rotate next year
- One shared workspace for the whole committee
- A transparent ledger every contributor and auditor can read
- Automatic receipts and an audit-ready closing statement
- Reusable templates — next year starts from this year
Everything from first idea to closing statement
Seven jobs, one platform — curate, create, buy, invite, fund, run and measure. No plugins, no duct tape.
Curate
An eco-kit that scales to your guest count
Pick a festival, enter the headcount, and the material calculator scales every item — plates, lamps, décor — with a safety buffer, then shows your sustainability score before you commit.

Re-run last year's festival in minutes
A three-step wizard deep-clones a region-and-community festival template — Eco Diwali, Ganesh Chaturthi, Navratri, Onam — so this year starts from last year, not a blank page.

A festival is a marketplace — sell and distribute here
Every committee and host shopping a verified eco-kit is a buyer. For makers of organic, eco-friendly and handmade goods, a festival is a concentrated, high-intent audience — reached without owning a shopfront or a marketing team.
Your goods in every eco-kit
When a committee scales a guest-count eco-kit, verified maker products are what fill it — your goods sold the moment a host plans the celebration.
A verified mark that sells
The Ojas Verified badge, a CO₂-saved figure and an 'arrives before your event' filter turn a considered purchase into an easy yes.
One checkout, settled cleanly
Sales run through one basket and one money path; consignment settlement tracks exactly what each maker is owed — no pool account.
Distribute without a shopfront
Reach festival buyers across the platform — asset-light, with no storefront to build and no ad budget to spend.
Honest scope — Maker onboarding is curated and consignment-based today; instant self-serve seller signup is on the roadmap.
Built on a real commerce engine
Tickets, eco-kits and donations all run on one money path — the same catalogue, baskets, orders and payments that power storefronts. So the platform grows well past the box office.
India-first payments
UPI, cards and netbanking through Razorpay and Cashfree; Stripe for guests abroad. Every order confirms only after a signature-verified webhook — real money, not screenshots.
Tickets that never oversell
Free passes, paid seats and tiered pricing share one inventory model that locks the seat at checkout and frees it if the timer runs out.
A gate that moves fast
Every paid seat mints a QR ticket; per-list door scanning checks guests in with one tap, re-entry included, synced across your crew.
Waitlists that run themselves
Sell out and keep selling — a freed seat triggers a time-boxed offer to the next person in line, automatically.
Promo codes & offers
Percentage or flat discounts, codes that unlock hidden tickets, group-buying thresholds, and usage caps on every code.
Numbers, then a clean export
Live sales while the event is on; daily, product and promo reports after — orders, attendees and answers all out to XLSX, yours to keep.
One platform, every kind of celebration
The same toolkit flexes from a home Diwali to a 200-flat society Ganesh celebration to a city-scale cultural programme.
Ganesh & Durga Puja committee
Multi-stakeholder coordination for a ten-day festival, with money everyone can see.
- Per-flat donations with receipts and a closing statement
- Committee roles: Secretary, Treasurer, Procurement, Logistics
- Lead-time checklist — order the clay idol three weeks before the immersion
RWA & housing society
A society festival that doesn't lose its books when the volunteers rotate.
- Collect contributions across 200+ flats with pay-links
- Budget reconciliation — planned vs. actual, linked to donations
- Potluck sign-up sheets so nobody brings three of the same dish
Cultural association & programme
Annual cultural programmes with ticketing, members and a shareable recap.
- Free RSVP and paid ticketing side by side
- Branded public event page that lists every programme
- Sustainability scorecard to share with members and sponsors
Hosting family & milestone
A home Diwali, a baby shower, a housewarming — curated and calm.
- An eco-kit scaled to your exact guest count
- WhatsApp invites with RSVP and travel mode
- One-click duplication when the next occasion comes around

Festivals aren’t a feature — they’re a venture
Ojas Events is a standalone venture, incubated and operated inside the Ojas Venture Studio. We took the festival operating system from zero to one — built for real committees first — so you step onto rails that already work, not a blank page.
Start free. Grow into Committee or Pro.
A generous free tier covers a host or a small committee end to end. Step up to Committee and Pro as your festival grows — taxes and any ticket fees are itemised on every order, with no long-term lock-in.
See pricingQuestions, answered
Who is Ojas Events built for?
Anyone who runs an Indian celebration — a Ganesh or Durga Puja committee, an RWA or housing-society cultural committee, a regional or cultural association, a professional event planner, or a family hosting at home. You manage your festival end to end, on a default-green supply of verified eco products.
How does donation collection and accounting work?
Open a contribution drive with suggested tiers or an open amount and a target. Share per-flat pay-links; contributions confirm to your transparent ledger and fire automatic receipts. Your treasurer records expenses against the same drive, and a closing statement reconciles every rupee in and out for audit. Contributions grant no ticket or seat — they're kept distinct from sales.
What makes it 'eco by default'?
Festival kits are curated from Ojas-Verified eco makers, the guest-count calculator scales materials so you don't over-order, every invite can carry a Green Charter, and a sustainability scorecard is computed from real RSVP travel modes and the materials you chose — with a post-event impact recap you can share.
Can a committee run an event together?
Yes. Invite co-organisers and assign role-scoped access — Secretary, Treasurer, Procurement, Invites, Logistics, Co-Host — including time-bound grants for a single festival. Treasurer privileges gate the contribution ledger, and a shared lead-time checklist keeps everyone on the same date-anchored plan.
Do you support UPI and Indian payment methods?
Checkout is India-first — UPI, cards and netbanking through Razorpay and Cashfree, with Stripe for guests paying from abroad. Taxes and platform fees are itemised per order, and every order is confirmed only after a signature-verified webhook. You can refund in full or part straight from the order.
Can I sell tickets and eco-kits on the same platform?
They run on one money path. Free RSVP, paid tickets, eco-kits and add-ons all flow through one basket, one checkout and one inventory model — so a single order can carry a conference pass, a workshop add-on and a clay-idol kit, with QR tickets emailed to every attendee.
