One vote per flat, cast by the registered owner or a proxy holding a signed form.
Sixty owners present or by proxy. Below that the meeting adjourns by 30 minutes and then proceeds with whoever is there.
The accounts and the agenda are circulated seven days before and are on the notice board.
One vote per flat. A proxy must carry a signed form naming the meeting; a photograph of one is not accepted.
